Rob Roseman, President of Pacific Technology/CCTV
Rob Roseman has become a trusted specialist in video surveillance technology over the past 20 years, protecting Fortune 500 companies and individuals alike from corporate and intellectual property theft. Throughout his career Roseman learned cutting edge video surveillance techniques on-the-job, serving many of the biggest names in the industry, from companies like Lucasfilms, CHW, Sutter Hospital and Safeway to high profile individuals like Oracle CEO Larry Ellison. Roseman's expertise lies in the integration of advanced video surveillance technology, designing and building his own systems, while using the latest in advances like HI-DEF or Megapixel IP cameras. He started in 1986 with FotoVu of San Rafael designing advanced closed circuit video systems. In 2003 he formed his own company Closed Circuit Systems. Later he merged his company with Pacific Technologies and took over as President in 2010. Recently he has been opening up opportunities of serving companies throughout the Pacific Rim, bringing Western Technology to Asia, large manufacturing facilities and high tech business parks like XiXi Sci-Tech Island. Roseman is married and has two children.
 

 

Chien Chih Liu, CEO
Mr. Liu has over 15 years experience in international trade, marketing and manufacturing. Born in Taiwan, Mr. Liu immigrated with his family to the USA at the age of 10. Fluent in English and several Chinese dialects, Mr. Liu earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. Over his career he has started several of his own businesses. He has also invested in real estate in the United States and China. Prior to joining Rotoblock, Mr. Liu served for more than five years as a Vice President for Tianyi Group of Nanjing, China, a multi-billion dollar conglomerate involved in manufacturing of automotive components and commercial equipment with over 10 subsidiaries. Mr. Liu served a variety of roles with Tianyi Group, which operates several factories in China. He managed Tianyi's extensive portfolio of real estate developments and other investments. He also managed the subsidiary Hikom Gottell, one of the largest manufacturers of air conditioning in China. Hikom is the sole sponsor of the Shanghai Sharks Professional Basketball team, for which Yao Ming played before being recruited to the NBA.

 

 

Junfeng Feng, Advisor
Mr. Feng is the Vice President, International Investment, for XIXI Sci-Tech Island and the Administration Committee for the Yuhang District in Hangzhou, located in East China. He is responsible for strategic planning in the Yuhang District as well as a communications liaison with potential investors and developing business opportunities between China and the United States.
Prior to working with the Yuhang Group, in 2008 Mr. Feng was a business analyst with Capital Square Ltd. of London, involved in real estate investment and finance. Taking professional financial training programs from 2006 to 2007 while studying at Queen Mary, University of London, Mr. Feng was a part-time project coordinator with Amicus China Ltd., involved in marketing, business development, planning, IT and customer service. In 2006 he spent a short time as a business and marketing advisor to CBN London Ltd., coordinating transactions and communications with clients in China, US, UK, Russia, Germany, Korea, Singapore, India and South Africa.
Mr. Feng holds a Masters Degree in Finance from Queen Mary, University of London. He earned a degree in Business Administration from Wenzhou University. He is an active participant and volunteer in several business, film, television, student and church organizations.
